Cricket_Hacker Posted March 6, 2015 Posted March 6, 2015 Ahmed Shehzad has problems with strike rotation.Tuk tuk's at the start and then blocks his way to 50(80) and starts slogging.
Gollum Posted March 6, 2015 Posted March 6, 2015 Welcome OP. Shehzad is indeed a decent prospect but high time he starts learning to rotate strike better and cut his religious threats, Afridi fanboyism etc. I rate Azhar Ali and Asad Shafiq as the better prospects.
Asim Posted March 6, 2015 Posted March 6, 2015 I will chose Azhar, Fawad, Sohaib, Haris, Umer Amin, Asad... all ahead of Shehzad...
admin420 Posted March 6, 2015 Posted March 6, 2015 Welcome to the forum :icflove: Don't really rate Shehzad, looks like a typical hack from whatever I've seen of him. Decent by Pakistani standards.
Clarke Posted March 6, 2015 Posted March 6, 2015 I was expecting a comparison of front (selfie) cameras of the latest mobile phones :hmmm:
putrevus Posted March 6, 2015 Posted March 6, 2015 I like Shehzad, he has one thing which guys like Umar Akmal do not have, art of scoring hundreds. For a team like Pakistan you need players who can score hundreds., he might be slow sometimes but you have to understand I guess.
Sid_SuhaiL Posted March 6, 2015 Posted March 6, 2015 Hack Maqsood , Haris , Fawad Alam r much better than him.
Sid Posted March 6, 2015 Posted March 6, 2015 Pakistan has had more legendary batsmen than India having legendary bowlers. Our batting is not great but far from being that bad. I see I ruffled some feathers :mama: But what I meant was, he is treated by Pak fans as some world class batsman but rated as average and limited in world cricket and rightfully so. A mediocre batsman whose only virtue is the propensity to occupy the crease and not give it away like other tailunts.
renjith Posted March 6, 2015 Posted March 6, 2015 Maqsood looks good. Haris to an extend. Rest are pretty average.
putrevus Posted March 6, 2015 Posted March 6, 2015 I will chose Azhar' date=' Fawad, Sohaib, Haris, Umer Amin, Asad... all ahead of Shehzad...[/quote'] Why , he looks like a good player better than over hyped Chota Akmal who is **** scared to bat as opener or bat at number three.
Sid Posted March 6, 2015 Posted March 6, 2015 OP is here to drive a bullet home. I love this guy's signature xyz ,abc,123,456,789 etc :hysterical::hysterical:
Asim Posted March 6, 2015 Posted March 6, 2015 Why ' date=' he looks like a good player better than over hyped Chota Akmal who is **** scared to bat as opener or bat at number three.[/quote'] Shehzad is not too bad either among all of recently tested openers but hardly clicks against any stronger bowling lineup or underdifficult conditions, cant be trusted much... Its not Akmal fault if captain want to use him at lower order, Although I mentioned Umer Amin, not Akmal...
velu Posted March 6, 2015 Posted March 6, 2015 what is more important is rotating the strike .. some one teach this basics to them frm whaver i saw malik and alam are the best in business for them

The guys you mentioned don't score anywhere.Give the guy a chance he is young and has played only few matches.Let him play he will become better.
Zero_Unit Posted March 6, 2015 Posted March 6, 2015 On his day or if he clicks. not consistent what so ever. Anwar was one hell of a opener for pakistan and probably the best by miles the country has ever seen most likely. If this selfie-taking-lad can even do half of what that man did, props to him.

Akmal wants to bat at 3/4
