Two months ago if someone told you India was going to reach the 2015 World Cup semifinals...

Duh..it was a given. Anyone else who would have been surprised then is a pretentious pessimist poser because apparently they think its cool to not think that your team is gonna win the damn thing.

Par for the course. Sheesh, act like defending champion fans :wall: Aus are serious challengers though. Very serious. So, the next game is the match I've been waiting this entire year for.

I remember a lot of people predicted us making a quarterfinal exit. Us winning 6 (now 7) in a row, which I'm sure no one predicted, and getting to face Bangladesh in the quarterfinals meant that we were able to enter the last 4. The real fun begins now. Irrespective of what happens, we have played brilliantly. Getting 7 wins and 70 wickets in 7 consecutive games is a tremendous feat by our team.

Semis is the minimum I expected . Am not really surprised . Aus and NZ are clear favs . On these pitches India can take down NZ , but Aus at home wont be easy . I think we will going into semis with 45% chance against Aus

Our fans wont change even if win this WC . They will surely find a way to whine about it too .

Its great we won all these games, but we haven't really done much to crow about - QF was almost a given unless you commit harakiri a la inglund. Beating "Bongo Bongo" in QF is not really a big deal either. Let's pick up a legit knock-out win, preferably against Oz, and then I dont care if we win it all or not:yay:

People said that they choked but they don't do that until the knockouts. They're usually flawless in the group stages.

Things were tough but so what? That's what supporters are for, to back the team during rough phases. Unfortunately most are fair-weather fans.

I expected SF, but after looking at the tri-series, I lost hope... Again, when WC started, frankly the Mauka Pak ad cheered me up, and made me think of positives in ICC tournaments, and I regained confidence of getting to Semis.
