Their fielding mistakes were a result of choking. They would have won the match had they converted those chances.

Missed THREE easy run outs (there was another one where Vettori was out of the non striker's crease) and a catch. Definite choke. They're usually flawless on the field but that missed catch was a school boy error they wouldn't have committed had it not been for the pressure of the knockouts.

Yes, so this isnt new for Steyn as he isnt the best death bowler around. He cannot bowl yorkers with the kind of action he has. They always turn into length balls even if he tries.

Some of the fielding errors were really bad. If they had Pakistani fans, the game would have gone down as a fixed game for some noble cause.

Yeah, but they repeatedly failed to put themselves in a strong position by dropping routine catches, missing easy run outs etc.....plays they would have no problem making in regular games.

SA made way too many uncharacteristic errors in the field.ABD and De **** missed easy run outs and Duminy is guilty of messing up a catch that Beherdien would have caught with ease. SA has succesfully defended their "Chokers" tag tonight.
