They could have finished the game when ABD missed a club level run out. NZ decided to choke once more and SA dropped a sitter of Elliot, who eventually hit the winning runs

Agreed overall was a close match. But SA choked when it mattered.

They just did not react well on the field. Bowling was another story. Steyn bowled a wide full toss followed by a length ball to Elliott.

Remember T20 wc 2007 they require 128 or so to reach SF against India , not even a win but they couldn't do that.This time NZ was far superior than then them
