1st and only Test from June 10 to June 14 at the Fatullah Cricket Stadium. The ODIs will be played at the Shere Bangla National Stadium on: 1st ODI: June 18 2nd ODI: June 21 3rd ODI: June 24 As it's monsoon season, all the ODIs have been allotted a reserve day. So, expect good amount of rain disruptions in this series.

India should be prepared for flat decks in the test match I somehow doubt we have the bowlers to force a result on the pitch on which Pak and BD played. Play 5 bowlers. Umesh, Aaron , Ishant , Ashwin and a leggie.

I think we shouldnt think much about which team India will sent??Full strength or A team. Because 1 test match is scheduled to play first.. Our test team is almost similar to odi barring Vijay and Dhoni who play in only one format.. There is no probability of sending B team for test..It should be obviously main team. And after that I don't think they will be sent back to india after playing only 1 test.. BCCI will not rest big names for odis and only few (One or two)ipl names will get a call that only because Shami is injured,Jaddu and Raydu will be axed. If they will send new team for odis it will be joke for Kohli,Vijay,Dhawan going for only 1 test in Bangladesh.

The problem is too much cricket. Most of our players have been playing hard competitive cricket since last December. They Deserve a break imo. What the selectors will decide, im not sure. Seeing Bangladesh's emergence, I think they will not take any chances and send a full strength team.

This series is only meant for India to fk up somewhere and lose a game or two somehow to Bangladesh. Lets send a strong side and play it safe and win it like greedy. I do not want India to lose a single game against Bangladesh who will be hungry for a win.

Vijay Pujara Saha Rahul are all test specialists. 4 out of our top 7 .Rahane should be as well tbh

Yeah but Dhawan,Rohit will be also in the squad. Not sure about Raina after his double duck against Aussies.

7 tests confirmed after this, in Dec we may not play against Pak, next year I don't see any test match before June(that too in WI which may never happen). Are you really happy with <10 tests per year and 40 ODIs, 10 week IPL, etc? We should strive to play min 15 tests annually. And BD isn't a pushover any longer. 2 test series there would have been ideal build up for us before the Lanka tour where we haven't won a eries since 1993 FFS.

Good move.. The fewer test matches the better. Bcci finally learning not to feed a snake. And an old dying snake at that.
Then we should just have played 5 Odis and no test .Playing single test is stupidity

Agree but knowing that tests in bd are usually a snoozefest, I don't see anything wrong with this move.

Test in bangladesh will be a waste of time. All batsmen from both sides will pile up runs and help mediocre batsmen hang onto the teams.
