Anyways, they wanted unanimously being approved, thats why they had negotiations with Pakistan on FTP at that time. Or else if they don't wanted that why would they even sign MoU??

Why unanimous approval was required. Majority votes were required and it could have been achieved without paki vote. If BCCI should not play with a terrorist country. MOUs or no MOUs. If there is so much internal tension going on between these countries, it isn't possible to arrange a cricket series with each other. I doubt that the BCCI are "scared" that India may lose. If the series is held in UAE India should win at least 1 match (if it is a 3 match series) and that is good enough for an away series against a team that is supposedly very dominant at home.
