putrevus Posted August 13, 2015 Posted August 13, 2015 Kohli as a captain has already scored more away 100s than every other Indian captain except Azhar in just four tests and that is remarkable feat.
cowboysfan Posted August 13, 2015 Posted August 13, 2015 Kohli will do well in the sub continent, his achilles heel will always be swing.
kosingh Posted August 13, 2015 Posted August 13, 2015 Kohli as a captain has already scored more away 100s than every other Indian captain except Azhar in just four tests and that is remarkable feat. More than Gavaskar?
vvvslaxman Posted August 13, 2015 Posted August 13, 2015 Kohli's issue is minor. That is fixable. He feasted on 5th stump line in one dayers with no gully, backward point. He was so used to it that he continues to do in Tests. He just has to show some better judgement. Let us not use England performance of his as an example where Bhuvaneswar, Shami, Binny all made runs. His problem is compulsive nature of playing that 5th stump line.
Precambrian Posted August 13, 2015 Posted August 13, 2015 See I told you. He was the last guy I'd be worried about because his attitude or class was never in question. And once you have these two, form will come back definitely! Unlike many others, he isn't caught in the nittygritties that celebrity status brings. He's still 100% committed to playing for India and has solid goals. Well done Kohli.

kosingh Posted August 20, 2015 Posted August 20, 2015 Kohli is alright. I would take Sehwag, Tendulkar, Dravid and Laxman in a test lineup before Kohli. That said, Kohli is still the best batter in the current team.
