Dhoni and Bunny need to go. Dhoni has completely lost his big hitting ability and Bunny adds nothing to the team. Cant bat, cant bowl.

Selection was the best possible from the squad.

We gave too many runs...then three out of the top five batsmen didn't come to the game..

When one guy gets 150 and another 60....then rest were shit.

THis match was the perfect squad IMO. Just lacked discipline. 

Raina and Bowlers. IMO it was our bad luck that ashwin got hurt.

Never expected such shot from Raina and also Kohli is in terrible odi form.

Agree with the last point, but it seems Binny the batsman is getting an audition here, not in the squad for his bowling.  Keep in mind, next WC is in Pommie-land where Binny jr could pull a Mohinder Amarnath for us ;)

I don't believe in Binny personally, but for whatever reason he's made it to the squad, let's hold fire and let the audition run its course.

Agree that going with Bhaji is retrograde but Gurkeerat for Ash?  You want our #1 bowler replaced with a middle-order batsman who also bowls?

I Dont think the other bowlers in the squad are gonna make much of a difference. I suppose u could try Axar

Kedhar Jadhav is not in the squad inspite of scoring match winning 100 in the last odi in Zimbabwe.He deserved to be in the squad.Again Harbhajan is selected as cover for Ashwin,why

I agree and that's my issue as well. I also think if Ash hadn't got injured Binny wouldn't have bowled more than 3-4 overs. He is in primarily for batting. But if we are just comparing batting then Rayudu would easily make it ahead of him. So in all way his selection in the XI is flawed.

For Binny, I don't see too many alternatives immediately.. Axar was equally bad.. I'll at least expect Binny to do well with the bat one match in the series... Gurkeerat could be the other gamble... If we are ok with getting 10 overs from him and Raina combined

But why gamble right now?  Use this series to rule out Binny if thats what ends up happening.  No need to get trigger happy, we should be able to win against SA at home at 80% - we almost did today...
