India's opposition party wants the Indo-Pak game to be cancelled or moved out of Dharamshala.

Even I want the match to be shifted as Dharamshala may well aid the seamers. Which may give advantage to Pakistan's seamers.

Eden will be the best. Chennai can't host because of some issue with the city corporation. Delhi too is a good idea, 

Just don't want any unfair advantage to the seamers (esp Pakistan seamers).

It is at a higher elevation, so the cooler weather would probably assist swing bowling. Which should not happen like the Pune T20.

People need to learn to distinguish b/w having to play and host Pak in an ICC event vs. inviting Pak to play in Ind in some series

It is more about how our batsmen would do relative to Pak's batsmen

We may get out for 120 (you may feel we batted badly) but it may be more than what Pak batting can get on that surface

On the other hand, on a putta, we may score 190 (and you may feel that our batsmen did superbly) but a patta also gives one of Pakistan's hacks a great chance to play a blinder
