Nothing but PCB competing with childish bangla fans in its desperation for "respect" and attention. They went begging with Katora repeatedly to the central government for written guarantee and had to settle for some template form letter from the West Bengal state.   "Vee Vaaant gaarentii phaar dhee Security".  

Chalo, West Bengal government gave them security guarantee of some type, but question is who will protect them on the pitch when they bend over and pull down their green chaddis to recieve their habitual prashaad in World Cups?

But has PCB received written assurances from Punjab governemnt (for Pak's match in Mohali) and if they reach semis from Maharashtra and Delhi governments?
