Their innovation has come to a complete halt..just look at the latest iPhone 7....they're highlighting the low light camera feature to sell the phones....really? Just delayed their airpod launch. I think Apple has not released a new mass consumable product for a long time now - that has created issues. Their electric car project seems to have fizzled out, too.

That is not an apples to apples comparion as iPhone is already a market leader compared to Windows phone. However, iPhone has at times been behind the high end Android phones. Apple though focuses on providing an unique user experience so focusing on mere specs to judge innovation may not be enough Coming to computers / tablets, Apple Macbook is another nice product for those who rate portability the highest. Apple pencil also offers great user experience. iTunes is also a market leader in its category, along with softwares such as Final cut pro. The new Apple TV also tries to improve the user experience Surface products esp the studio are cool. But to judge innovation by talking about Apple's non computer products with MS computer products such as studio is not apples to apples. Among PC makers, Vaio is offering some good products as well What works for MS Surface is how it integrates the touch functionality with PC software. I like google better but the wife hates it ,i mess around with android boxes but folks in my family cant deal with it they like their apple tv and ipods etc.

Apple users like how the products work with each other. For e.g. with Apple Watch, you could even unlock your computer, etc. I find high end Android phones to be usually ahead in terms of technology or say offer more bang for the buck. I prefer my Note to my iPhone. However as discussed Apple products are not about specs and its OS is designed to work optimally with the specs offered. The latest Macbook when it came out is one of the most beautiful and well made laptops that I have ever seen. The new Macbook Pro appears to be taking that forward On the Surface Studio, based on the videos that I have seen, MS can ask whatever it wants for it Surface studio + dial appear to be an awesome combo
