Management in India can be cruel, and not surprised that they make these BSF Jawans work like dogs and treat them like shyt because they know one will die then next one is waiting to join his place. I am glad he kept mentioning that we get stuff, but where it goes and what happens with it is what he does not have idea about. They give these guys run of the mill food. Pathetic. tweaker 1
MechEng Posted January 11, 2017 Posted January 11, 2017 I've read that a BSF jawan needs minimum 2000 calorie diet a day (equal to calorie intake per day of Stuart Broad) and those posted in Kashmir/Ladakh need 3900 calorie diet to battle the cold. I hope now they get surplus quality supplies, lots of dry fruits and milk products. Foods that give energy and are well digestable. tweaker 1
