Very important to have speed guns around. I feel right now Aniket is more suited to tests than LOI's. Kohli too probably has some plans for Aniket and that's why wants him to keep working on those bouncers. Aniket needs to get stronger and fitter for that role. I feel the same about both your points : ) Aniket getting into RCB might have something to do with Kohli wanting to groom him for a Team India role Edited February 21, 2017 by express bowling speedheat, Mosher, msplash9 and 1 other 4 Link to comment

Surely BCCI has more than enough money to use International speed guns in televised domestic matches as well?! express bowling, nevada and speedheat 3 Link to comment

There could be 2 explanations 1) In most international matches and maybe the IPL, either, we see the speeds arrived at using high speed cameras these days ( speeds are more accurate ) and in domestic matches we see speed gun readings OR 2) There are 3 speed guns used in international matches and the highest readings are taken. In domestic matches we have only one speed gun. We saw during our last Zimbabwe tour that lower speeds were being registered and that series did not have Hawkeye and high speed cameras were not used. tweaker
Greg Chappell, then an advisor to the RCA's Centre of Excellence, spotted Choudhary's potential in 2008, and the bowler also benefitted from working with former South Africa fast bowler Meyrick Pringle, who was working with a local academy and was also Rajasthan's bowling coach during their Ranji Trophy title win in 2011-12. Working with Pringle, Choudhary said, improved his pace and accuracy. express bowling, Mosher and MCcricket 3 Link to comment

Just a pity that he is not even half decent man manager. Edited February 22, 2017 by Forever Indian maniac and express bowling 2 Link to comment
