Delhi's home games at Kotla, I believe which could be as much as 7 games hold a lot of importance for them, more than any team's home games. This is because Delhi is one track where spinners will always be handy and so  Delhi should look to get 6 out of 7 wins at least there which will give them good 12 points at least. They have good spin options to take the home field advantage. They have India's best spinner of twenty20 in Mishra, just needs good support from other spin options in Delhi squad.

Jadeja is option for containing when playing in countries like Australia like how he did in that series when we won 3-0 and he got India back in the game every time when Finch and Warner were threatning o win all the games from us. He used to slow down their run rate if not get wickets. 

 

Again, Mishra is our best wicket taking option in 2020 and hence the best 2020 spinner.

Ashwin was the man of the match in that close bangla game in wt20...he has comfortably outperformed ever spinner in Wt20 tournaments

 

bi lateral T20s are hardly played by India.

Both can play. Never said Ashwin should not be picked. We were discussing who's the best option.

Lets batsman attack on mishra he ll loose the plot. In pressure game his misfieldings and drop catches might hurt more

Mishra stats are delusional - Series against Zimb and Wi

6 fer on a track where the last ball rolled to the stumps. There is a reason this guy has struggled to make it to 11 since his debut in 2003-04 or whenever. Many came with him many after but he still is struggling.

He is slower through the air and panics in pressure. These bilateral series are diff then world tournament. U can say one captain didnt prefer him but all.......

Vinay Kumar has probably more wickets than Johnson in IPL so what is your point.

 

As I said Ashwin is a big game player and anyone with brains will pick him in any important game ahead of others.
