U wont get such pitches where u wack every ball .He is very gud indeed but he needs to learn for a year or so and definately he will replace msd without a shadow of doubt

Very impressive. He was picking up slower balls and hitting them so well.

love be this attitude. He will be hit and miss but he has age on his side to get mature. We need impact players like him right now. I feel he can make an impact even in tests. Love his effort while keeping too.

Whats his temperament problem????? that he has the ability to hit to many good balls for boundaries. U dnt tell someone like sehwag gilly to change ur style ......why is it always thought that an aggresive batsman is not ready coz he plays fast- well thats his talent

Forget replacing MSD this guy can play as batsman only

Afridi - was spoiled by his poor attitude and no one to help him around. This guy has someone like kohli n dravid around. He n afridi in one sentence is an insult. 

He is whacking every ball coz he has the ability , he will choose to pace his game acc . But for that he needs to play, he has smashed everyone in domestic, he needs a bigger challenge to learn now. So time for him in international cricket, even if he fails good he ll learn. He is not a mentally week player whose confidence cane get shatter, neither world has that many bowlers  now that can do that

Yesterday the way he got out without settling is his temperament prob. when he will become consistent then he should be selected.
Ipl is played on flat pitches with mediocre bowling. International arena is different.. He needs time and needs to learn as he is just 19.

With time he will learn shrewdness and will also learn play out those bowlers who are bowling well. Thats temperament.
Gl bowling was domestic level.

They are players with x-factor who on their own win u games.....u get consistency from other players. U dnt want 11 same player

You dont look for consistency from a 19 year old , what you look for is potential . Yes the bowling standards are higher in International matches and exactly the reason he needs to be exposed to that at a early age . 

Even for the Indian side , we need a top order batsmen who can go after the bowling right from the word go . There is no better fit for a opening position than Pant at the moment .

Got out the same exact way in u19 World Cup final against West Indies as well.
