Pandya was effective because Rohit and Pujara played the first session where there was movement .Lower order batting is imp abroad as kokaburra ball becomes soft easily.

he was not assuring at all in the middle and on top of that wasted a review as well ,for his own sake if he gets to play more in the series,should play more proactively instead of trying to defend which he isnt capable of clearly

Nobody will be assured when u face quality bowling on this pitch.Fact is he applied himself left a lot of balls.he got a good ball.atleast play like test cricket rather than swinging.Pandya is diff he plays down the order.

he was trying to bully lankans in test,here he was timid,missed many half volleys as well to my memory

De Villiers knock and De Kock’s counter attack prove how positive we have to be on these tracks. They play on these tracks more and we need to take a leaf out of them. Pandya is naturaly like this but others will have to be a little more positive but not over aggressive
