Brits are applying the old divide and rule policy. They want us to fight each other while they stay in the backseat and enjoy. All these started with Big3. Big3 broke the strong alliance BCCI had with smaller boards. Its high time BCCI realizes their mistake and act cleverly to slowly gain back the trust of the other boards. 
Regarding BCB, do you really think England toured us in the midst of all security threats for no reason? Guess what? Australia is coming too. Why do you think they are giving Papon so much importance and kept him in the ICC committe? Its all part of the plan which started with Big3. They are playing a double game. Now, its upto BCCI how they handle the situation. If BCCI want its power back in ICC it has to gain back the trust of BCB, CSA, WICB etc.

@Malcolm Merlyn Is this basically BCCI's Brexit if it were to happen? From a very limited knowledge I see a few similarities. Organisation is unhappy with how things are run and how they are treated in a massive organisation, decides to go it's own way rather than pushing for reform while staying in. The only difference is that the outcome wouldn't be so catastrophic for the BCCI if it left as it will be for the UK

Oh and I hope the English lads enjoy their one and only season in the IPL. The FTECB will ban them again from next season. Then they'll be forced to play in the new English **** Franchise League. Oh no actually they won't because it will take place at the same time as England international cricket! (That's one of the many examples of how **** it will be)

BBL is a great league but the ECB are delusional if they think they can copy it here. We simply don't have the weather or the interest in the game for it to work. Cricket fans young and old are already attached to their counties, as shown by the increase year on year on attendances for T20 Blast matches. We also have higher average attendances for first class cricket than most, possibly all countries. The FTECB are forcing a competition on us that the majority of people with an interest in cricket in this country do not want, and I really hope it fails massively.

Indian fans do not support BCCI usually, but when its a question of national interest in a cricketing sense obviously people will band together.

Not entirely true - Indian cricket fans have no love for the incompetent babus of the BCCI.  

 

But in this scenario, they are representing Indian Cricket, which has just been at the receiving end of a mafiaesque Game of Thrones Red Wedding type political ambush at the ICC.  Of course people are going to be upset about that.

Calling the actual derogatory term is racist. But not the actual color. If someone calls me a brown guy I dont feel that is racist.
