There is usually a constant flow of new talent you get excited about and look forward to in small series. But the team currently has become stagnant with just constant recycling of players going on.

 

Even if someone like Chahal performs well in his limited opportunities, he is sidelined for ineffective senior bowlers.

 

Team is becoming like an Indian Government office where seniority is given more importance than ability and talent.

same here, its just the amount of brazen unprofessionalism that does it for me, favorites being considered for positions instead of deserving. New players not being tested.
