After Kapil, its Zaheer Khan.  Kapil added so much value as an allrounder so he stands apart.  But in the modern day, Zaheer is quite underrated.  He was pivotal in the 2011 WC win.

India's best ODI bowler, regardless of nos, will always be Srinath. During his playing years, there were plenty great bowlers and I think for a long time he was the 3rd or 4th highest wicket taker in ODI in the world.

Srinath

Agarkar

Zaheer

Kapil

1.Zaheer

2.Srinath

3.Agarkar

4. Kapil

 

Zaheer was a very good bowler with both old and the new ball. Srinath and Agarkar didn't live up to their expectations I guess.

havent seen a lot of Srinath specially in 90s, m not sure how good was he with old ball 

Ill always give an edge to zaheer becoz of his aggressive and cocky attitude
