toughness is on the field,

Listen to kohli interview with maxwell, where he talks how starc is a completely diff person off the field

Look at mcgrath interveiw and then remeber his fight with sarwan

Aussies have had their aura of being tough only on field to intimidate  opposition but that doesnt mean they arent emotional beings

Toughness is ability to sledge, cheat ? What toughness the Aussie cricketers show which our Indian cricketers have not over decades.

Intimidating others is toughness, are you sure about this comment.

Can you tell in what ways Aussies are tough and Indian cricketers are not.

The bans are not OTT. Aussies have put themselves on a pedestal for years peddling the theory that they will curse your wife, mother and kids but NEVER, EVER stoop to something as low as cheating on the cricket field. To keep up that image, they have no choice other than banning the culprits. Even these bans are a cover up and Smith the lying cheat hasn't told the complete truth. Cheated only one time for DRS? Cheated only once with ball tampering? And the bowlers have no clue? Total BS.

Yes, even after all the crying drama, names of other cheaters are being withheld. As if the bowlers were not told that they will be tampering the ball for them.

Smith is a bigger name in Australian cricket than Darren Lehman. If CA can ban Smith and Warner then they can surely ban Lehman. They surely did not find any proof to ban Lehman and hence he is still there. The moment they do, he will be fired too. Anyways he was about to retire as a coach if you guys had followed past stories. After all this he might resign, but we can’t say that Lehman, by default, also knew about the plan.

Smith accepted to planning tampering in PC while Lehman didn't. Had Smith not accepted it in PC and people in Australia not made a huge cry about the incident as soon as it was caught on camera and shown you would have seen how CA saves Smith, a big name. They saved Lehman and other members of Leadership group. Interesting bit is making Warner a scapegoat. Hopefully Warner goes crazy now or someday in future and we can enjoy yet another Australian integrity myth.

Integrity myth was exposed yesterday itself when Aussie cricketers complained to CA couple of days back that they want Warner to be removed from hotel.

Maxwell had said he is shocked Wade is batting higher than him.

have u forgotten the aussie of 2000s whose fear use to defeat teams before stepping on field

Sledging is ploy to test opposition patience and many have lost it over the years.\

Intimidation.........is a ploy. Fear can actully shiver feet of a batsman n make a bowler bowl wrong line n length

I wish bowler like umesh yadav n srinath with their pace had a bit more fear through their body language

This is called intimidation , after getting hit still telling the bowler who is the boss .......

Kumble played with fractured jaw. Recently Unmukt Chand played with fractured jaw. Dravid played through some injury. Gavaskar took lot of blows on body. Our cricketers are also tough.

Toughness is following up and still winning. 2001 match versus Aussies which we won from a precarious situation. One of the greatest test match ever.

Aussies  just whinge and cannot take when some other cricketers sledges them.

Aussies were winning because they had lot of top class players at one point of time. Now they do not have the team like that and they are beatable.

What scapegoat?

Warner and Smith both have been banned equally.

Warner isn’t as good as Smith and if he is playing well after one year, he will be back into the team like Smith even though he will be much older.

And regarding protecting Smith, I don’t see any protection. One year ban each. Just some sympthy for him since Smith hasn’t behaves like a Thug in the past like Warner has by hitting Root and being involved numerous times in other fights.

Smith genuinely was sorry and felt for his parents the most which showed in the way he finished his speach.

Man, do you even read post? Read again did I say CA protect Smith? I said had he not confessed in press and/or public not made a huge cry over this incident he would have been saved by CA just like Lehman is saved. Lehman didn't confess (so saved since no evidence, no confession) and it's ridiculous to believe he wasn't in knowing.

He had said he wants to see Stuart Broad in tears during Ashes 2013. How times change. Now Lehmann is the one who is crying bucketful.

Lyon said that he wants to see careers of some England cricketers get over this Ashes.Well Warner,Smith and Bancroft are struggling on careers now.

I like it when such arrogance boomerangs.Mentally tough.LOL.Crybabies.
