zen Posted September 1, 2018 Posted September 1, 2018 Effectively Eng is 65/3 .... if we pick up wkts regularly, we can still turn the game

Kuldeep has played just 2 tests,he will get better. And no Jadeja would have done much better here, his accuracy on the rough patch would have caused havoc .
prasen82 Posted September 1, 2018 Posted September 1, 2018 My gut says ashwin is going to be a beast the second session. If root gets out, ash will clean up the rest.
zen Posted September 1, 2018 Posted September 1, 2018 This session is where the series could be decided if Ind fails to pick up wkts in bulk .... half chances have to be taken .... give 100% if not more

Only kumble and Warne had and they were legends .. T20 is killing test credentials . Very few can balance all 3 formats. Kuldeep will be a casualty of that. Our batting is also a victim of that t20 syndrome. Edited September 1, 2018 by prasen82 Error

zen Posted September 1, 2018 Posted September 1, 2018 (edited) If Ind is destined to keep the series alive, even ghadas will run like horses Or we bet on ghadas to run like horses and paid the price time to find that out Edited September 1, 2018 by zen ravishingravi 1
zen Posted September 1, 2018 Posted September 1, 2018 (edited) The lower order cannot be consistent all the time, we have to hope that it gets bundled quickly come on Ind Edited September 1, 2018 by zen

Tests is about persistence as a leggie you need to exert control over 30 overs. I just don't think kuldeep can do that. It's easier for a offie to do that. To do it consistently you need to play ranji or 5 day cricket a lot. With ipl, Odi overload kuldeep will be a victim of circumstances. He could be a good bowler but chances are remote.
