I personally wish he should retire on a high.

I guess based on the rumors he will retire after WI series if he continues this bad form to save face from being dropped.

On one hand it will be sad if one of India’s greatest MVP’s career ends on thie note of him being dropped. I think it is already curtains for him in T20.

Now on the other hand if he scores in the next 2 games, we are fked in the WC :fear1:

It is better if he officially announces retirement

Irony is ,if others(Pant,Krunal,Gill etc) are tried and if they don't come good they'll be branded as hacks, failures etc,it will be unfair on the part of selectors,

Going by recent history ,it can be end of the road for these young cricketers

Yeah kind of double bind situation

If he retires now he will still be considered as one of the modern day great but if he one of the big reason we loose worldcup then it will dent his legacy big time for sure and i guess even his fans don't want that to happen.

I really can't understand people still hoping for Dhoni's retirement before wc.

He is playing WC for sure.

He wants to retire on high..As his chamchas rate him as great as Sachin,He also wants to get lifted by Team mates after winning wc but unfortunately that won't happen this time.

He will be kicked out after WC just like his exclusion from test team.

His fans aren't bothering much, they seem content with his mere sight,

They have lost ability of even thinking

Irrational responses are thrown from them to the people who talk about his zero contribution to the team
