Dhoni game agianst pace improved massively 

Rohit has improved his strike rotation

Dhawan has improved like anything 

Gambhir when came in had a huge shuffle problem, he improved

 

He is a quality player and he wud do, if he doesnt lets save the judgement till that time

 

lets hope he improves .. will be good for us

i have no doubt about his game vs pace and we dont have many players who can hit pace bowlers ..

good luck doing that against an international spinner on international cricket pitches 

hows he crappy, when have u seen him getting squared against spin having no idea which way the ball is turning

everytime when i see him bat agaisnt any half decent spinner , he looked clueless ..

 

dhanajaya completely ruined his budding ODI career as a #4 bat ..

struggled versus afghan spinners ( everyone does though ) ..

even he made maxi as muralidharan :p:

 

i am not biased .. only other batsmen who is crap against spin currently like rahul is my chota bhagwan dhoni :p:

The other issue is even pace bowlers are taking his wickets cheaply.  So its not that he is scoring good number of runs upfront in the innings to cover up his below par test average.

Dhanajya was mystery spinner he also got kohli and rohit out

When??? this time

the pitch was slow both games and some times player struggle with timing and its his bad patch....this things happen in bad patch

its not that he cudnt read spinners

its the ball coming in that started the problem and now self doubts have creeped in and thats the worst thing

Coz batsman has less then a second and u cnt be in 2 minds, thats why they say bat with free mind

 

he has developed a bad habbit in his technique , it wnt go away all of sudden will take time

i really think  even our  tailenders did better agaisnt him

Only i think bhuvi and he has talent with bat

34 year old dhoni is still a bettertest batsmen  than 26yr old rahul

Yes, you are responsible for grabbing your own chances but I get it when people use that as a crutch.

 

Same thing in Tests, scores multiple 50s back to back and then is benched.

 

80% is his own fault but 20% he has been mismanaged like pretty much all the young talent bar Pandya

 

I think he should be given one last consistent run in all formats.

Wow...that is not at all bad from kambli....but I meant self destruct in a non cricketing way with  non cricketing stuff.
