There is a RW twitter handle Sonam Mahajan, a Jammu Dogra. Ignore her theatrics for the moment, she is a drama queen. But she is also a nationalist and unapologetically pro-Hindu, if you follow her feed, a few months back there were a number of seminars and meetings in Jammu attended by locals as well as people all across the country. They were for repeal of those 2 stupid articles, there was a lot of social media discussion too and what I gathered was that majority Jammu Hindus, hell even the Muslims there were for the removal of 370/35A. They even wanted trifurcation of the state because all the valley was doing was stealing from Jammu and Ladakh without giving anything back. They wanted investment in the form of industries, colleges, hospitals and access to more non-Kashmiris in their region, to counter the rabid dogs. True, The Dogras and Sikhs in Jammu and Kashmir want to maintain the exclusive status of their state. Some funny Dogri at 2.22 explaining the reasons why locals don't want the Article 35 A to be abolished.

I understand but let someone take the initiative and force an all India movement. Pretty sure majority Indians will back them and opposition may feel the heat. Won't happen in a single day, but every journey starts with a single step. If the usual traitors put roadblocks, they will only be exposed further for their nefarious designs. This was an opportune moment because of public anger and a general pan-India patriotic sentiment. Gollum Posted February 19, 2019 Posted February 19, 2019 (edited) Another thing I have noticed among Hindus and BJP supporters (not singling out anyone in particular here) is that when a big/radical decision is to be made they hide behind technicalities and cliches. Not that they believe in them, just a cop out mechanism to cover for their cowardice and indecisiveness. Congress and Left oppose unabashedly, BJP talks talks talks, and then when push comes to shove there is always a doomsday scenario ready to be parroted, just to escape responsibility. And it's both sides where one is extremely angry against Pak while another side is openly celebrating the attack itself. Is it a counter-reaction to each other? And why are we so surprised to see so many anti-nationals?
