The Peshawar school attack must be the worst as far as school kids are concerned ?

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2014_Peshawar_school_massacre

An estimated total of 1,099 pupils and teaching staff were present on the school premises. Responding forces were successful in rescuing approximately 960, though 121 were injured. More than 150 people were killed, including 134 children and school staff members.

your fundamental flaw is coveting Indian territory, and drifting to arabian civilization. You will never be equal there.

Ghulami of Unkil Saud is already easy to justify, even will agree to ghulaami of Unkil Cheen - anything to avoid peace with India.

really pathetic if you see it in civilizational context. feckers want to kill their own civ ( India), think they are from a aggressive invading civ ( Arab), and want to be in bed with a non aggressive, cunning competing civ who are near super power( china) and want to go against the only other civ they have some roots with (persia) and lost the only city state they had with them ( Afganistan) lol. Absolute failed state.

Example of how Hatred and insecurity trumps logic and poor choices lead to self-harm.

This was the worst attack upon school kids where Chechen terrorists laid siege in Russia. Just horrific.

Article 35A. Why is delay in hearing? It was suppose to start last week.

https://www.deccanchronicle.com/nation/in-other-news/030319/history-behind-article-35a.html

Quote

How many of us have cared to find out that Dr. B.R. Ambedkar, the Pitamaha of the Constitution, was opposed to Article 306-A. (now 370). After hearing Sheikh Abdullah (who was referred to as Babasaheb by Jawaharlal Nehru for constitutional recognition of special status) patiently - Dr. B.R. Ambedkar told him: “You want that India should defend Kashmir, India should develop Kashmir and Kashmiris should have equal rights as the citizens of India but you do not want India and any citizen of India to have any rights in Kashmir. I am the Law Minister of India.  I cannot betray the interest of my country.”

It was then that Nehru asked N Gopalaswami Ayyangar to draft what was then Article 306-A in the draft Constitution. The need and justification for making special provisions for Jammu and Kashmir came up for heated debate in the Constituent Assembly. Ayyangar was the Head of the Emergency Administration in the State. When the Emergency Administration was replaced by a popular Interim Government, in accordance with the Procla mation of the Maharaja of the State, on March 5, 1948 Ayyangar was appointed by the Maharaja as the Prime Minister of the State with effect from March 1, 1948.

..

..

he ‘small suggestions’ and ‘interim  arrangement’  was  Art.370 from which was born Art.35-A, which is now occupying centre stage.  Sardar Patel is recorded to have said - as found in V. Shankar’s (ICS - Nehru’s Secretary at that time) Diary, ‘Jawahar Royega’ -  Jawahar will cry.
Thus was born the special status for Amir-e-Khusru Dehluvi’s Kashmir.   “Agar
firdous baroye zameen ast, hami asto, hami asto hami ast”-  If there is paradise on earth, it is here, it is here, it is here.
Is it still a Paradise? We the People are
bewildered .We also don’t know whether Jawahar cried. But after Pulwama tragedy, India surely is.

(Author is practising advocate in the Madras High Court)

Is centre creating a environment to nullyfy this presidentail order. Because Congress and other anti nationals are allready crying.

That Azad in  story is Ghula Nabi Azad

Quote

The provision, which was incorporated in the Constitution by a 1954 Presidential Order, bars people from outside the state from acquiring any immovable property. The Supreme Court is scheduled to hear soon a batch of pleas challenging the constitutional validity of the article.

"The abrogation of the article will bring more harm to Jammu and Ladakh as people are ready to buy the land in the two peaceful regions," the Congress general secretary said.

On the decision of the Centre to ban the Jaamat-e-Islami (JeI), Azad said action should be taken against any group, belonging to any religion, if it spreads hatred.

"If it (government) has any proof that they (JEI activists) are involved in something wrong, the government is bound to take appropriate action. It will depend on the scrutiny of the material seized from their offices," the Congress leader said.
