He has his tantrums from time to time but in the wider cricket community yes he's known as a gentleman. Edited May 5, 2019 by Mirpur express

Over the decade Younis has conducted himself very well. Never heard of him having any issues with anyone. True Gentleman.

He didn't hide at #6 behind rookies.
Nikhil_cric Posted May 6, 2019 Posted May 6, 2019 Younis khan easily. He's not perfect but by their standards he should be given sainthood. Also was a quality player under pressure . Class act!
Temujin Khaghan Posted May 6, 2019 Author Posted May 6, 2019 Younis khan made his debut in 2000. So he qualifies. I have no clue about Azhar Ali since we stopped test cricket versus them after his debut and also because he is not a regular in the LOI formats which we play against them.. How about wahab Riaz..?

He threw tantrums at times like going to the media and complaining regarding selection of 2015 wc or shot some video in cricket academy as he was unhappy.

I heard of that too. I don't think he should be remembere for one or two incidents but for the body of work.

No shame in that. http://www.espncricinfo.com/series/11581/scorecard/727929/australia-vs-pakistan-2nd-test-australia-tour-of-united-arab-emirates-2014-15

The way he kept on provoking Watson in the 2015 WC was disgusting. Then watto gave him a KLPD , winning the game for Australia .

Pakistan was so woefully short of middle order batting quality and experience, that Misbah really should have moved up. If not in tests, at least in ODIs. But he chose not to. Hats off to Misbah for steering a troubled Pakistani team through some tough times. But got to call a spade a spade.

Not sure what spades you’re looking at here.
