Gollum
Quote The Arabic name of the new branch is "Wilayah of Hind" (India Province), the dreaded terror outfit, (also known as ISIS and ISIL), said through its Amaq News Agency. Rita Katz, director of the SITE Intel Group that tracks Islamic extremists, said: "ISIS declares its new "Hind Province" while claiming clashes with Indian forces in Amshipora". "Of course, the establishment of a 'province' in a region where it has nothing resembling actual governance is absurd, but it should not be written off," she said on Twitter. The announcement of the new branch is seen as part of ISIS' strategy to give the impression of strengthening its global affiliations following the territorial losses in the Middle East. Such a strategy was highlighted by ISIS chief Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi in the past. The brief ISIS statement of May 10 via the messaging app Telegram said that the Islamic State militants using machine guns had clashed with the Indian security forces in the village of Amshipora in Kashmir's Shopian district, killing or injuring a number of them. Number
ISIS Kashmir chief is Zakir Musa. He was Hizbul commander then later started giving anti-Pakistan speeches saying Pakistan has not helped Kashmir struggle at all. Since Hizbul wants Kashmir to merge with Pakistan, he left Hizbul and established ISJK. Among the local youths with separatist mindset he is the most famous militant. You can hear musa musa Zakir musa chants among stone pelters. There are reports that he has left valley and is hiding somewhere else in India. His no. 2 Ashfaq Sofi was killed just 2 days back. Pakistanis think he is a RAW agent who wants to finish the support Hizbul, LeT get from youths in Kashmir. Edited May 12, 2019 by Number

Gollum
Congress couldn't handle a tuchch jihadi outfit like IM during its reign, 2014-19 was peak ISIS time....thank God we had Modi in charge. Congress is incapable of dealing with national security matters, vote bank politics always comes first for them.
