Vijy Posted July 2, 2019 Posted July 2, 2019 very good fightback, but their lack of experience and temperament showed through. even up to the last 5 overs, they were in the match. if they had targeted shami more in over 47 and played more wisely against bumrah, they could have run us closer.

Being no. 5 in a WC with 10 teams (and cricket with just 12 test playing nations) is not that big an achievement. However, I think they will be a top 4 team by the time next WC rolls around.

They are not but can do. When teams like NZ tours Bangla, they lose all the time to their spinners. When Bangla tours them, they lose. So its really all teams winning at home scenario.

As I said, I think they are improving well and we will probably see them break into top 4 in ODIs (not Tests) at some point in near future.
