If Final is washed out beyond yhe reserve day, the cup is shared. So, no.

I thought that the group topper would win it, just as how the SF is chosen in the event of wash-out.

Everyone is saying, start slow. That might turn out to be bad advice if it rains after India is 20/0 in 10 overs and we only have another 10 overs to score a 100 runs after the rain

If the final gets rained out, the cup will be shared by both finalists.

I think NZ is in good enough position to win. In remaining 3.5 overs they can easily add 40 runs to take the score to 251 which is pretty much defendable in these conditions.
