Rahul - Unestablished player. Scattered ODI career so far. Out of his 22 innings, 9 have been played in this WC mostly opening where every team in almost every match struggled in the first 10-20 overs with SR.

 

Anyway, Rahul is hardly celebrated, in fact gets his fair share of criticism. He would just about still be in ODI plans only because of the possibility of becoming much better player than what he is now.

 

Dhoni on the other hand is way past being good for a long time now. No possibility of getting better.
