Sundar is an all rounder. He probably might play in place of Jadeja.

Jadega is also an all rounder plus a better fielder. I don't think sunder will het into squad when every one comes back . Also T20 world cup is in Australia. So better to take specialists

at 6 n 7 both have flopped in IPL and both take time to get going .....yes lets bat them at 6, 7 

Both did well when only promoted 

 

Gill s/r at 7 in ipl is 112, at 6 position 135 not good for no.6

Samson s/r in IPL at 6 is 102   , at 5 also is 133 which is not good for 5th position

He shud be an option but once these young kids screw up. DK has his huge limitation in batting...never stands up in collapses. Atleast pant showed some steal in semi final

You don’t need a player for collapses in T20. Thats the duty of main batters. DK has the ability to go from ball 1 and is good when he doesn’t need to think. On his day he can smack quality fast  bowling that even the likes of Hardik and Iyer are suspect against.

T20 has been won with late order flourish many times like Brathwhite pulled off magic. Pandya doing in the last IPL. India needs solid option there.

Exactly. I completely back DK for this format.. can't understand the hatred for him..

He is the best T20 wicketkeeper bat that we have, and can hit from ball one playing lower down the order, which Pant hasn't had much success doing.. The top order is full capacity, and I don't see Pant getting a permanent position in the top 3 any time soon.
