Agree with assessment. Dhoni's decline as batsman was rapid post 2014, that's more than half a decade, so that cancels his selection imo.

However, I ll also select Taylor in place of Sakib, he has been underrated star of this decade.

Taylor is a gun batsman but I prefer Shakib, 6 bowling options gives more flexibility plus the advantage of 3 LHBs in top 7. 2019 WC really changed my mind about Shakib, champion cricketer.

Amla - Seriously. His name was pushed so hard because the neighboring country did not have any batsman of their own and were vicariously enjoying his success. Dhawan is leagues ahead of him.
