time and RRR are relative .. 1 year migth be a long duration for some ICFers but not for thala..

RRR like 15 might be a huge ask for most ICFers like @Nikola bhai , but for thala RRR 15 is the time to change gears

Selectors should not select him . Period. 

Let Shastri play him in his Gully team . No one has any issues with that .
