It is a short film about sexual abuse in India which subtly says how age, clothing , social status etc does not save a woman from falling prey to sexual abuse. All the actress who have appeared in this have worked pro-bono. Some of them have been at the receiving end of abuse and are fighting cases. @Texy nice of you to share this. Who played the Muslim in burkha? She looked like news anchor Rubika Liyakat. @Texyshared it because he is still smitten with Shruthi and not for any noble cause. But the rest of us know her best for her work in the theatre: basically the re-runs of Tumhari Amrita where she has taken over Shabana Azmi's role.

After a hard hitting brutal reality, well shot , acted and giving out a clear message and See till the end, see how they named the film Devi and sent out this Hindu bashing and shaming message in the end. It assumes all 80% of the perps are rapists. Don’t we need data to see the religion split of the perps? Another one of those India is not safe for women nonsense.
