Yakub Memon, Burhan Wani, Mukhtar Ansari, SA Basha.....why didn't Muslims turn up in such numbers for APJ Abdul Kalam's burial?

In India, Muslims are allowed to live under these laws only because it allows them to practice their religion better in a non-Muslim majority country. But Muslims are not supposed to make these systems part of their lives and in heart should hate these laws. No they wouldn't and that is the strength of Hinduism and india and secularism.

 

What is so funny to me is that the so called Hindu extremists (and they will always be so called, that are pseudo Hindus who no nothing about hinduism and just use it to spread hatred) say that is wrong, what Islamist countries do is wrong, religious extremism is wrong.

 

And then turn around and attack the same secularism and free speech which makes india better than those failed countries. 

 

They want Hinduism to take over and control minority religions and eradicate them. Despite they themselves acknowledging religious extremism destroys a country. 

 

I don't know whether they are really dumb of its some form of mental illness because I don't see how both the thoughts can be entertained in the same mind.

This will always happen in a secular country with free speech. This happens in all western country and all democratic countries where such extremists are free. 

 

Extremist idiots will always take advantage of freedom and liberal laws.

 

But the solution is not to destroy democracy and freedom in your own country because some extremist idiots take advantage of it. The solution is not to spread more hatred but use democratic tools to fight them

 

The goal of every extremist terrorist on earth is always to destroy democracy, liberalism and freedom in countries with free thinking. Killing few 100 people will never help terrorists reach their goal, their goal is to spread hatred and poison on BOTH sides. They want countries doing well to fight and destroy themselves internally.

Lol which hindu mayor ask people to convert and said as we have more number so we will not allow judiciary to taken its course and will give punishment ourselves. Why as soon as they are large in number they start imposing sariya law….. can you share some secular muslim leaders name who keep constitution over islam and Quran. Where are the secular muslim shy dont they criticise or protest when millions of them participate in terrorist last riot procession.

BTW @New guy how come secular and peaceful ones let pandits been thrown out of valley while holding their women hostages how come entire state dint had single peace loving one from their community whi raise voice against it. Looks like you guys never learn from history,tum secularism ka dhindhora bajate rehna till next kashmir happened in your area and then i will speak to you if you are still not converted.

It's foolishness to expect that secularism or democracy is sustainable when you give equal voting rights to a convict to a hardworking law abiding person.

 

Democracy will always be a power struggle, more so when all it does it to provide the so called "representation" for all the sects who may not even have the willing for the country and its majority of the population. Lebanon is a prime example of that if anyone has read and understood the transition of its govt.

 

We have seen what has happened in Kashmir, what's happening in Kerala/WB and what may happen in other states if this so called pseudo secularism is kept on being promoted by the liberals and communists ideologies. 

 

Secularism can only survive in a polytheistic society...wherever there is an existence of monotheism, it will eventually end up as a power struggle.

Problem is there are around 25-30 crore M's (counting illegals) living in India.

India is probably no 1 or 2 in M population in the whole world.

These are massive numbers.

 

So we can't alienate these folks as much as we can try.

So yes Secularism scharade is the only play left.

 

BJP Congress both parties are fooling their respective vote banks.  End result is status quo must be maintained or there will be no country left to talk about.

There is no Hindu extremists except in the mind of leftists who have grown up reading Romila Thapar or Irfan Habib.

 

Hinduism has no plans to take over, its the one religion in the entire world which believe in "vasudhaiva kutumbakam"...and considers whole world as a family. 

 

Same Sadhvi Pragya which was blamed for so many years for Malegaon blast came was proven guilty in the court...yet the communist and left liberals leave no stone unturned in blame them. While the same liberals and commies will shut their mouth when a convicted terrorist like Basha is paraded like a hero all across a state.

This power struggle will aggrevate even further coz India is the biggest roadblock in sweeping off the whole South east Asia.

 

The day India falls in the wrong hand, countries like Myanmar, Bhutan, Nepal, Cambodia etc too will wallop in 50 years or so.

History has taught us India is not a easy place to rule it has seen changes throughout the course of history.  No single ideology or religion has been able to dominate the subcontinent.

There will always be compromise of some sort.  Even Brits realised after a while & I believe only they managed to crack the India code.  How to get sh*t done in this country.  As a society we have always been doomed to fail right from the beginning.

 

I wish India was a homogenous society like East Asia but that's not the case. 

There will never be absolute unity & peace here ever.

But left inspired Nehru & Gandhi were too adamant on keeping the population hostage. Yet people do not vote to kill sikular parties' agenda. Pretty much every party except BJP does appeasement of Islamists and works to divide dharmics on caste language region etc.

Wohi ghisa-pita argument. What evidence do you have to say that Hindus want to take out minority religions and eradicate them?  What data shows that this will happen or is it all plain fear-mongering.? Hinduism is synonymous to Hindutva , no amount of chaathi-peeting will change that opinion . There is evidence to the contrary. though. . States like J&K, Assam, WB, Kerala have majority of Muslim population and look at the amount of trouble you see in those states  for minority Hindu population.

Except for Muslims all other religions came to India in peace and sought asylum and  were welcome.  Parsis, Jews, Assyrian Christians etc. Just because Hindutva is militant to safeguard its existence against predatory abrahamic religions, you can’t claim they want to eradicate minorities.  We have democracy and a constitution because the majority is Hindu. Just try it with any other community you can see what appened with our neighbors. . So, stop berating Hindus. Even if there is extremism like Hindutva, most want to move on with all towards peace and harmony and not kill and eradicate like what happened in Pak and BD.
 

First of all, Muslims and liberals should not play the minority tag for Muslims period. They are the majority community next to Hindus and are close to 25-30 crores . This is what is the bone of contrention. They get the appeasement from Congress , opposition and even the BJP. Most of the states where Hindus are at majority, Muslims are thriving. Poorest are in WB, Assam where they are more in numbers.  Atrocities and riots have equal number of Muslim and Hindu casualties, but this tag of genocide is given only to Muslims. Hindus is J&K are palaayanis (the ones who ran away in fear) and don't get to play genocidal victims. 
 

And don’t shut the argument about those living outside India should not speak about India, we have more at  at stake like family and also livelihood in this new India growth story. That is a reductionist’s juvenile argument.  Bloody hell!. This site is owned by a NRI/OCI, mind it!!
