My efforts were primarily in the Nepalese Himalaya but there are ambitions to take my skillsets to more far flung horizons. Thought I'd share some of the photos with you guys. ----- The starting point: Lukla, Nepal. Lukla airport has the dubious distinction of being the most dangerous airport in the world.

EnterTheVoid Posted May 15, 2020 Author Posted May 15, 2020 We are now on the glacier (ice that is constantly moving under it's own weight). As the glacier moves, it creates cracks called "crevasses". Sometimes, you can jump over crevasses. Sometimes, you can walk around crevasses. In this case, the crevasses were so large, the only way to cross them was across the "ice ladders". 5 ladders tied together to form one large ladder. Won't lie, we (climbing partner and myself) collectively groaned when we say what we had to cross.

Austin 3:!6 Posted May 15, 2020 Posted May 15, 2020 I am sure its difficult to breath in such an altitude. I remember going to Gornergrat in swiss alps once and was finding it tough to breath.

Why take such risks? For me watching a horror movie gives such thrills and a sense of accomplishment.
