All companies are cutting down marketing expenses. Some would like to bring  marketing expenses to zero for time  being. It has been a new normal during these times when companies are facing losses. Getting the sponsor for domestic trophies at higher prices may be tough for all administrative bodies.

Domestic is bundled with International in the BCCI tender and any broadcaster desirous of buying rights to Tests/ODIs and T20s for home season need to show a certain number of domestic matches also .
