The top court also said a committee would be formed to take over negotiations to end the crisis. "We are staying three farm laws until further orders," Chief Justice SA Bobde said. Well played, Modi. You know what, these laws were anyways never going to be applied to Punjab, since it was left to the state government. And rest of India would have been happy for Punjab with that, if Punjab was happy. What all that happened is just that laws will get delayed by a bit (but will be passed ultimately obviously) and protestors lost goodwill/reputation if they had any.
