Any day I want him over Rahane especially for home tests. But we have to be realistic now, if Rahane wasn't dropped after his **** performance in 2016-18 he sure as hell won't be dropped any time soon. Dunno whether it is Mumbai lobby or divine luck he is going to captain us for 3 tests and I simply don't see selectors/TM dropping a captain from the team next series...readymade excuse already available to justify his (expected) non-performance. So if Vihari fails badly here and it is a Gill vs Vihari shoot-out for Eng home series, I will choose Gill.
