If you're a government you don't relax policy changes because of sports teams, they have to be treated like everyone else, even better actually because its only a 2 day hotel lockdown

In light of the emerging covid situation, why did they have to insist on playing at 4 different venues? Imagine that one of the expectations from the players is not to move even inside their hotel, they can't even have team meetings! Sorry, but this will make the Gabba Test a joke. QLD govt has all the rights to have a stricter bubble, CA should be more sensible and move the venue, which looks to be the case now.

What you are failing to understand is why does Indian have to travel when these restrictions are in place.There is no rule that all venues need to host a test in these conditions. They have already played in three venues, since fourth venue has different set of rules , they just want to finish their tour playing in 3rd venue again itself. Why are people having hard time understanding this simple fact.

Everyone said India will be rolled over in Melbourne 2nd test ..opposite happened Everybody said India will be steamrolled in Wanderers 3rd test. opposite happened... India last time they played at Gabba were very much in the game. Aus won by only 4 wickets. 50 more runs and India would have won if not for stupid dhawans injury before start of day 3 in warmup session.. never say never..
