One doesn't need to be a good writer to pen abuses/innuendo and insults non stop for 5+ episodes. Mirzapur and even GoW are nothing but an oft repeated story told yet again. The only thing it has going for it is the shock value coz of the rampant abuse, innuendo and gore. Aside of that *nothing* in the plot would keep anyone engrossed. A good crime story, with some memorable dialogues is 'Satya'. Even 'Once upon a time in Mumbai' ( though highly stylized). how can you have a best movie dialogue thread without the legend himself? Imran Khan of bottle cap fame totally copied the prelude of Satish Kaushik's eternal "Ae tum log ghabrane ka nahi... Pappu pager ko pehli baar koi bhari padela hai. Sochna padgeaaaaa" FischerTal 1

Doesn't have the legend. but very goofy still. And the funniest scene in Bollywood history: RIP Niraj Vora Ankit_sharma03 1

Mariyam Posted March 25, 2021 Posted March 25, 2021 This has to feature in a best dialogue thread: Tareekh pe tareekh
Mariyam Posted March 25, 2021 Posted March 25, 2021 Nana Patekar's Hindu ka khoon Musalman ka khoon I always found Nana Patekar to be a little disturbed, judging solely by his on screen exploits. Kind of adds to the dialogue delivery.
EnterTheVoid Posted March 26, 2021 Posted March 26, 2021 (edited) Amrish Puri makes this scene the epic that is it. Edited March 26, 2021 by EnterTheVoid Mariyam 1
