Where does Younis rank among Pakistan's all time batsmen?

How would you rank Younis Khan compared to other Pakistani batting greats like Miandad, Inzamam, Yousuf, Anwar etc?

Statistically, he is the best in test or second to Miandad. What do you think?

DId not watch Miandad live, Inzamam performed better against us so most Indian people today who watched a lot of cricket would naturally feel Inzi was overall better.  Saeed Anwar was Pakistan's more classier bat.

But Younis Khan to me was pakistan's most consistent bat in last 15 years after looking at all the clutch knocks played. He scored big against us but also against others and surely man of crisis for Pakistan in most times.

i rate him higher than Yousuf also in terms of overall impact. I think also probably one of the better guys in Pakistan team who stayed away from controversies unlike other players.

Miandad > Saeed Anwar > Younis khan > Inzi > Yousuf

Anwar was the second best opener in 90s which was the toughest era to bat in modern times. Averaged 46+ as an opener, so I would rate him higher than younis

YK has the most runs and most winning centuries for Pakistan, so hard to place him lower than 3rd

His stats are bloated due to being the king of UAE but otherwise there are many Pakistani batsmen whom I rate better than him, including Miadad, Yousuf, Inzimam, Majid Khan , Zaheer Abbas and Hanif Mohammad. These are the batsmen who had scored against better bowling attack.

Being a member of 10 K club, he has to have some extraordinary qualities  and he did. Being not as talented and comfortable against quality bowling in difficult condition , as other great batsmen in 10 K club,  he would compensate that with scoring big in friendly condition and would never miss a chance to take advantage of flat wickets.  For example, in his last England tour with Pakistan team. He failed in 6 consecutive inning but the moment he found a flat wickets at the Oval in 4th test, he scored a double hundred and kept the tour average at a good level.  This has been his career pattern , not able to score in tough condition but would score big in helpful conditions.
