Not trying to be condescending but if Spectators have paid to watch the men's match, what is wrong with that? The whole tournament seems like ECB trying to hard, fair enough if they want to attract new audiences and adhere to terrestrial telly slots, could have easily gone with 15 overs/90 balls, would make more sense.

20 overs. But 5 ball overs instead of 6. 

 

Also a bowler can bowl 2 overs in a row if he/she wants. Batter change ends only after 10 balls.but they don't use the term overs. It's eliminated. It's only balls.  

 

  

 

After a dismissal only the new batter will take strike, so no fuss about crossing. 

 

  

 

If you fail to finish your overs in time, you will have to bring one extra Fielder inside the circle from the time it reaches cutoff as a live punishment.

People go to cricket matches in UK not to watch the match but to drink and get pissed. Why do you think they dont allow alcohol in football matches.

There are reports of people getting drunk at games and causing fights...if it gets a reputation of a place to get smashed then its not good. 

 

I understand with t20 leagues the aim is to have a good time and party but you will not attract the families you seek. By all means drink and chill but be reasonable
