Fine then, Rohit has played many a crucial knock for mipaltan in the middle order, hope he is gracious enough to do that for India as well. Either way point remains that either of these batsmen have the range and the big shots needed to accelerate in the middle order whereas current version of Kohli does not.I envision a Gambhir 2007 WC kind of role or the kind he used to play at KKR for Kohli, just cant see him being able to force the pace in the middle order.

You are going to see them at some point in the game, with an exciting lower order atleast these guys would be forced to play more aggressively at the top.

We simply hv to accept that currently england r just too good a T20 side to compete against..these r our resources n r goin to play no matter what..problem playing england is they hv an aggressive batting line up which z endless n hv quality bowling as well..everything has to go ur way to beat them in limited overs, esp in t20

No rohit wont work in middle order , dnt mix IPL n international 

Gambhir days off t20 are thing of past, that time even rahane had value in IPL

He is not doing it for RCB, scant chance its gonna happen for India

If you look at the IPL numbers his strike rate is 140.17 while opening and comes down to 123.84 at no.3.
