unsurprisingly this is not getting much attention on this forum Bc the victim is Pakistani but I can say that the lack of coverage for this incident by Indians is not a good precedent Bc if a Pakistani 66 year old driver can get killed in daylight and then you have defenders like @coffee_rules for the perpetrators than it won’t be long before black people start trying to get away with anything they do (not as if they are not doing it rn).

in 2019, a 19 year old American girl of Indian origin Ruth George got raped and murdered by a black man Bc she avoided his catcalling

How do you know the race of the assailants, I see no mention in the article.

Look that’s how the media is able to deceive you. They don’t mention the race of the perpetrators because they are black. If it were white, it would have been called a hate crime.

there’s a video of the whole incident

A lot of countries out there and a lot of victims everywhere. There will be obvious weightage to Indian origin victims here and so on depending on the forum, goes with our evolutionary herd mentality. You can find fault if people advocate or justify such crimes but not the act of not highlighting them. Feel free to raise from your end.

Agree with the media aspect, they ought to have a neutral & unbiased manner of reporting and not create their own rules.

I agree that there is indeed some problem that it is easy to blame white people for hate.

But still I highly doubt that it would have been called a hate crime in case of white teenager girls.

I saw the video on Twitter and it's disgusting. After the crash, when the 66 year old man was on the floor without any movement, one of the girls was merely worried about "where her phone was". Not for a second did she care about the guy.

Feel bad for the guy and his family. At the age of 66, he was driving an uber for a living and this happens to him.

The BLM and the black race victim card is getting too out of hand. Yes, blacks were oppressed and suppressed for hundreds of years and move on now instead of giving excuses for bad behavior.

^^ Trump 2.0 coming up if these acts get out of hand.

Another incident! Can you imagine the outrage if a white guy had done it?

Blacks basically have a freepass to get away with anything right now in the US with their race card.

Crime is not an excuse to spout hate-filled stereotypes.

The same folks who are ready to tar all people of a certain religion with the same brush, are also ready to tar a certain race as "violent".

This 'Franco' sitting in the sand-piles of the persian gulf, knows absolute nothing about 'race' and is troll-baiting people into saying racist things - which he will use as troll-bait elsewhere to brand Indians as "racist".  And morons are playing his game.  Simply because venting nasty rhetoric is satisfying for some ugly hearted folks.

The ignorance, and inability to think clearly is so obvious.
