Saini is a bit rusty as he has bowled less than 15 overs in competive games in the last 8 months.

The only way to get him up and running is to give him some actual game time.

He is looking injury free after a long time

I hear you, but this should not serve as an excuse. With the competition around he might not get away with performances like these Im afraid

What you are saying is fair.

But tearaway quicks often need to be given a bit of leeway in T20s.

They may lose accuracy sometimes if they are playing after a long time or there are other issues ... but having one express pacer in the team can add an extra dimension to the bowling. Every team is trying to use one.

And Saini is the only pacer in India who can bowl.145 k to 153 k spells.

The main issue is having a fit Saini.

Tyagi's line is very poor from time to time.

Loses rhythm from time to time too and drops pace.

As a big Tyagi fan, I really disliked his 2nd over ... inaccurate and slow.

He has to do a lot of work to be a regular at the international level.

I have a problem with his strides

@MultiB48
@rkt.india

Is he still running on heels?

Yes too long. Did he always bowl with such long strides? I think his run up was much smoother during U19 cricket.

I noticed last year ,infact shared a google drive link iirc,a slow mo approach to the crease side view

Need to dig up drive yet again to find that clip

I get the feeling that Tyagi is releasing the ball a tad late too ... that is holding on to the ball a tad longer.

Yes,that is delaying bowling arm,that are some ingredients to optimise your pace
