.... Looked in good rhythm.

.... Very accurate

.... Just 12 runs in 2 PP overs

.... Good channel balls.

.... Steep bounce and nasty bumpers.

.... Good, effective slower balls

.... Could have got a wicket but no one to catch.

Hope Gambhir and Agarkar are watching.

Damn man..seems Mayank is back. Hitting 150ks multiple times.
Heard Sushant also clocked 147kph
Couldn't see neither due to office commitments.

Sooryavsnshi just batted anazingly well..bowlers getting overawed..sometimes its confidence denting.Mayank just need to keep bowling and build more stamina for 2nd spell and more skill/tactics with slightly older bowl..

he is coming back after injury..lack of enough match practice..and he is very young..

Need to back such youngsters with rare ability..as he is not a finished product yet..unlike some trunders who are mediocre even at their good days against quality batters

Jab pitai hone lage tohhwide yorkersbh dal sakte hain

Batsmen may mistime and get out,but why don't they make it simple

Exactly.

Target top of off as default delivery in test matches, non slog overs in ODIs and with the new ball in T20s.

Try yorkers as default ball in ODI slog overs and later overs in T20s.

Everything else is a variation.

Mayank needs to up his bowling with the older ball.

The ball responds differently off the deck then.

Needs to try more yorkers when getting hit after over 10.

Part of the learning curve.

With older ball need to target fuller length more,in India with side boundaries not beyond batsmen's arc it's a huge risk using slower bouncers or short deliveries

Need quite a lot overs under his belt

Mayank may have played his last match this ipl, though the fault lies elsewhere

Just one bad over it was..rest 3 were fine..if LSG wants to do well next season..they need to give as much match practice to Mayank as possible..as I doubt..he will get these quality batters and competition in domestic circuit..though he will build more stamina and number of overs there..kind of safer space to get back in the groove

he needs to practice bowling that top of off length religiously.. bowling full at that pace is risky.
