Alzaari Joseph was bowling 153k+ in some random season that left Bishop shocked. Rabada as quick as he is was never a consistent 150-152k bowler himself which we are seeing this szn. Alzari clocks 150 kmph here is there even at intnl levels , he is v. inconsistent wrt pace Edited May 22 by tapandrun Suhaan and Lone Wolf 2

Na i think they are actually showing lesser readings ,there have been so many deliveries from fuller to short of good length all flew through keeper showing 3-5 kph slower Rabada infact was suffering with injuries and rythem 1-2 seasons ago hence looked unusual in IPL itself ,but he was very much quick like this season in his initial IPL seasons Nahid doesn't look quicker than guys like Ashok Rightarmfast and tapandrun 2

I also believe he can bowl quicker than Nahid on average. I am genuinely surprised with Rabada's pace though. Even Burger wasn't bowling this quick.. and he was bowling quicker than Rabada in South Africa

If it was inflated, then Bumrah would be clocking 148-150... Bowling in Test, and bowling in T20's is different. Rabada is bowling in T20 and he is getting paid handsomely. He needs the same money next year too. So there is motivation for him to bowl quick. It's just 4 overs. When he goes back to Test, he will start bowling slower. People are reading too much into Rabada's speed. It's not such rocket science to understand why he is bowling quick, tapandrun and Suhaan 2

express bowling Posted May 24 Author Posted May 24 After a really good 1st over, Tyagi bowls a really poor 2nd over. Provided width almost every ball and conceded 20. Needs to play FC cricket and List A cricket to gain consistency. Suhaan 1

I don't think his new action is allowing him to bowl yorkers at will. His hand movement in the load and then during the release seems at times lagging, which he compensates by releasing the bowl early. Probably back of length is what works for him...yorkers are inaccurate. More overs are needed...as last 2-3 games weren't as good. Edited May 24 by singhvivek141 rollingstoned and Suhaan 2

He feeling comfortable with his new action as a whole, yorkers are anyway most hard to execute and need proper muscle memory wrt action He has to train his muscles more for it,so needs to bowl more overs in list A and FC, Infact he needs a full productive domestic season under his belt now Can't be anticipating next IPL season to fine tune himself,if he thinks that way he will infact regress express bowling 1

Not bad. Not a v.good season but not a v.bad season, Ind 145+ kmph bowler going eco below 10 is something. express bowling, Suhaan and rollingstoned 3
