jadega is best Indian spinning all rounder no doubt 

Krunal is average cricketer. He bowls defensive lines and celebrates every dot ball he gets.

 

Sundar is a good spinner to left handers but aside of that, he doesn't have any utility in T20s. His batting skills can improve but it will take some time.

 

Axar is similar to Jadeja but he is young while Jadeja is at his prime and is not comparable to Jadeja in terms of fielding.

 

All said and done, after Pandya in LOIs, Jadeja is by far the best all-rounder in all formats.

H Pandya can't even be considered an all rounder these days because he hardly ever bowls. And his batting also, is out of touch.

 

Jadeja is the best all rounder across all formats.

 according to @Ankit_sharma03 a guy with 400+ test wickets and 5 test 100s is a 6 but Hardik Pandya is only slightly below at 5.5.

Im talking about all round skills, ashwin batting before this yr was on massive decline. I didnt compare them as bowlers

All formats combined, on current form, Jadeja is a good 9/10 for me! Don't care about the rest especially up & coming Devs

Ashwin 9/10 in tests and 7/10 in Loi

Shardul solid 7 all formats. Potential to go higher

Pandu 6/10 in tests now. Potential to go higher. 

 

In Loi pandy is 8/10.
