At Shardul's pace he has the capacity to go for six 4s in an over.

Thats the main concern, but he also is very crafty. I would pick him until he is worked out.

I feel Hitman can confidently win you a game on his own, same with KL. Not to mention, he will go over the top inside the first 6.

 

Kohli is selfish and will anchor every innings.

 

Pant, Hardik and Jaddu is a powerful big hitters in that middle order at the death.

 

Bhuvi is a brilliant white ball bowler for going for few runs. Bumrah in the death overs. Thats 8 overs completed.

 

Ive gone for Siraj for his heart and fighting for team India, not to mention of course he is a good bowler.

Imagine if they pick Dhawan in final 15..  Would be catastrophic.  I don't think he will get into reserves as he is a senior pro.  Either he will be dropped or get in.

If they can play Rahane for 5 Tests in England where Bumrah has scored almost the same number of runs as Rahane, I cant see why they wouldnt pick Dhawan for T20I.

Selecting Dhawan is not bias. That is a strategic move. Hardik is bias.
